Tips for weight loss

First and foremost what you are putting into your body is the biggest change to make. You can work out all you want but if you do not change what you eat you will not see the results you want to see.
I hate the word diet, let’s get something straight here it is not a diet, it IS a lifestyle change and once you have made that change it’s just your lifestyle RIGHT?

Second drink lots and lots of water

check with your doctor to make sure it is safe for you to be working out

find a workout buddy(s) that will encourage,support and most of all make it fun.

I do personal training, if you can not afford it, start with walking, running, videos, join a gym do anything to keep yourself active.

download and use the my fitness pal app…. Its eye opening!

if you can afford to use an activity tracker ( ie. fitbit, up by jawbone ect.) It is eye opening how much (or little) you are actually moving!

Eating healthy does not have to be boring, get creative mix it up!

Meal Prep for the coming week….. This is Key! This will help you stay on track with eating well!

research what you put in your body! (watch food inc.)

weight loss unfortunalty takes a long time, but the struggle is worth it. Stay strong, stay encouraged, Keep motivated and have fun!
